「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「1 its mandatory valet that is a 50.00 up charge thats paid when you check in per day. Also you have to tip the valet. I purchased a luxury room due to a garden tub where my daughter could enjoy a bath ( she 10) The tub spout didnt work. They compt us the 50.00 valet. Also after 1 swim session in the pool it had so much chlorine in it, it fried everyone's hair including my daughters long blonde hair. We washed and conditioned the hell out of it with minimal help to it. I would never stay at this...

「No AC. That’s not generally bad in CO. Got a bottom floor and the screen didn’t work. So, slept in the heat with bugs. I’d say it wasn’t that great.」

「I loved staying here - such a pleasant surprise. Rooms are nicely updated, VERY comfy beds, perfect location in Vail village, but the best part was the staff. Every person was so friendly; they chatted with us, offered amenities I did not even think to ask about, and just made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here next summer」

「The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.」

「Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.」
