Price and location are good
Amenities, poor: lists 2 bedrooms, the stairway to the second bedroom was tiny and spiral and hazardous to anyone with any disability
No AC on the 4th floor is a health hazard with micky mouse fans
One tiny shampoo bottle for 3 people for 3 nights.
Flies in the apartment
Washer and dryer not in the apt. One for the whole building. Used by housekeeper who left towels for 2 days in the washer」
