「It was a modest, but extremely comfortable and workable set up. My wife and I have two dogs, and this worked out very well. There is a hard floor with rugs, which made cleaning very easy. The only downside of the apartment is the slightly uncomfortable entrance, involving an outside door, opening immediately to a staircase on the one hand, and an (our) apartment door to the left. 「The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...

「The apartment was quite cozy and clean. However, winter in Maine is unpredictable and must prepare for it. Huge liability risk not to have lighted parking area at night, walkways too narrow of snow and not well lit or shoveled.」
