「We’re really going to miss this fabulous apartment in magical Boothbay Harbor. It’s very nicely appointed, and so comfortable and peaceful. Do not shy away from the property because it is below the owners’ vacation home. It’s super-well insulated and you wouldn’t know anyone was living above you. Even more important, having the owners there was a bonus. They went out of their way to help us have a fabulous holiday. Having the dock and the kayaks were also big pluses. We’ll definitely be back!」

「If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!」
