A Truly Beautiful Place

Truly, the photos do not do justice to this beautiful site. Our balcony overlooked the water and parklike setting. It was so pretty and peaceful that we stayed right until checkout time to enjoy it. Our room also was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and updated. Mini frig and microwave too. Staff were friendly. Grab and go breakfast was good. Within short drive to downtown Boothbay, and Maine Coastal Gardens. Don't miss either! Wish we could have stayed longer here!

Room set up and paper thin walls

The view was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The layout of the room was awful We rented the executive suite in the hope that we could sit on the couch to watch TV but the TV was in the bedroom and you could not see it from the couch. Terrible setup. The walls are paper thin so you better hope your neighbors don't get up early.

Excellent stay overall. Location for us was ideal. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The view from our room was beautiful and the grounds were well manicured and clean. A thumbs up for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Close to the nearby village that’s packed with activities and places to eat. I loved the fact there were windows to open to get fresh air at night. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Boothbay, Maine.

This is a charming property about a mile out of downtown Boothbay. Though you need to drive to town, this place was lovely and very well managed. We had a beautiful view and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a long, overdue extra long weekend here. Great place to unwind - quiet, secluded and peaceful. Each room has a large private balcony with a view of the lake. The rooms are large and roomy and immaculate. Onsite continental breakfast was a good way to begin the day, cereal, fruits, muffins, bagels, yogurt and plenty of coffee and juice. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Boothbay 2021

It was our second stay at the Beach Cove Waterfront Inn. Still had the friendly and helpful staff and clean room, albeit rather limited in its furnishings….a small table and chair which really didn’t accommodate the continental breakfast….plus a fold down sofa at the foot of the bed. A small table and chairs on the balcony overlooking a small inlet.

Simple hotel with everything you need

We loved our stay. Beach Cove had everything you need for a great stay in Boothbay Harbor. Great location- only a 6min drive to town, amazing views of the lake, and free rowing and canoe use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for all the frills this isn't your place, but if you just need a great place to come back to at the end of the day of exploring this is it. Also a great place for star gazing at night.

Great Weekend trip!

Beautiful Location. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and Microwave. Pool area was clean and towels provided. Continental Breakfast was a nice surprise. Short drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor shops and restaurants. Close to Botanical Gardens. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Great visit!

Very comfortable with beautiful grounds and lake! Wish I could have tried the swimming pool-that looked nice too. Loved the location-close to Boothbay Harbor but in a quiet location.The only suggestion I have would be to get exhaust fans in the bathroom.

This place was perfect for our anniversary getaway, and we even look forward to coming back with our kids and staying in one of the suites next year. We were close enough to downtown Boothbay that we walked, and we were not far from other area attractions. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
