Great place to stay. The cottage was spotless and had just about everything one needs. The view from the balcony is really nice and the property grounds are beautifully maintained. It is 5 minute walk to Spruce Point Inn which has a great restaurant so you do not need to drive to town, which in itself is only about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

Boothbay Harbor Get-away

This is a lovely private cottage in the Spruce Point community. Very comfortable for a couple. Dining table and porch provide great views of the water. Host is exceptional.

Gorgeous View

The guest cottage was just as advertised. Very clean and neat and quite. Front deck and side patio were comfortable with beautiful views of the bay and gulf. The owners were very nice and helpful. Such a nice respite.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Staying at this cottage was so relaxing. Everything you could need was there. The view was amazing and Maurice and his family were so welcoming and kind. Thank you for a great week, we hope to be back!

Wonderful vacation

This cottage was a great place with a beautiful view! My mom and I enjoyed are stay! The cottage had everything we needed and was in a great location! The place was nice and clean! Maurice was a great host! We would definitely rent this cottage again!

Beautiful Location

We so enjoyed our stay at your cottage. The views and location were spectacular! The cottage was clean, neat & tidy and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pier for fishing and just sitting to read a book and the beach area was a bonus! The owners were very accommodating when the schedule allowed for us to stay a few more days, we just didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back, thank you! GLK

Small paradise

The cottage is located in a beautiful, private section of Boothbay Harbor and has views, a dock for sitting and various areas to sit and enjoy the area. The cabin is well equipped for a week vacation, and our hosts (who live in the front house) are accommodating and available for any questions. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful spot to explore the area

We had a great time at Maurice and Jocelyns apartment. It was spotless, comfortable and the kitchen and bath were updated and very nice. M and J were wonderful hosts. The area is beautiful and we got to visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and take a boat trip to Monhegan Island. In the evening we sat on the small deck and watched the beautiful coastline. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect location with Lovely View

We just returned from our stay at Maurice and Jocelyn’s cottage and had a wonderful time! It was a great location on Spruce Point. It is a guest cottage set back from the main house where the owners live. They were very welcoming and made sure our questions were answered. We had full use of the dock and enjoyed swimming in the brisk water! There is a beautiful view and a peaceful location. Boothbay Harbor has many shops and restaurants to visit. We had a great time and would definitely here again. In fact, we were discussing how soon to come back on the ride home!

Great Location, View, and Comfort

This cottage is adorable and has breathtaking views from the living room, the deck, and the dock. It was a perfect size for my husband and me for the week. The bathroom was modern and clean with good shower pressure. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for the meals we prepared. It's within walking distance of Boothbay Harbor (the town) to explore and eat (about 2 miles). It is also within a one hour drive of many scenic areas and attractions to explore/do while visiting Maine. Maurice and Jocelyn were very nice and recommended two great places to eat right in Boothbay Harbor. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Really Fine

Wonderful cabin for 2 adults. Very clean and well appointed. Nice small deck with table and chairs looking over the lawn on down to the ocean. Very quiet with little used road to walk on. Close to Sprucepoint Inn where good food is available. Really nice hosts.
