There is a first-floor enclosed bathroom with a shower (located just outside off the kitchen door) and a new half-bath off the kitchen. Upstairs find 4 newly renovated bedrooms that are in keeping with Maine cottage style and charm. Another full bath with an old-fashioned tub is located upstairs. Complete with air conditioning and heat, Bluewater Vista is comfortable in any weather. There is also a detached seating space/office that`s perfect for some peace and quiet!

It`s a short walk to all the community amenities including the community dock, tennis courts, tidal beach, and even Bayville`s own little post office. The community dock is a great place to swim, launch a kayak or enjoy a picnic.

You can even access the Indian Trail right from the property for a lovely walk to the East Boothbay General Store or go the other direction and it will take you the two-mile walk all the way into town.

This quintessential Maine cottage is a perfect location and is only a 7-minute drive to the center of Boothbay Harbor where you can enjoy little shops, art galleries, boat excursions, and restaurants.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.

• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
