Waterfront Cabin with Inground Pool, Dock, Tennis

Located on the water, at the tip of Linekin Bay, this property is surrounded by nearly 100 acres of woods with maintained walking trails. This is part of a private community, Bayville, where you will have access to a children’s play area, tennis court, and ping pong table, as well as the community dock & beach. This is a paradise for adults and children alike where the children will have no end to fun swimming, observing nature, and collecting souvenirs to remember their vacation with.

The cottage has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that is perfect for gathering. The upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each, while the downstairs has two double bunk bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms and a spacious laundry room. As you exit the living room you come onto a deck with a dining table and chairs. Twenty feet in front of the deck is the gate to a 40-foot by 20-foot pool overlooking the ocean and private dock. The dock is available for your use and comes complete with a picnic table and stairs down to the beach. In addition to the dock, a mooring is available for your boat if desired.

Bayville is located within the town of Boothbay Harbor, so dining and all town attractions are within easy reach of this special occasion. They can even be accessed via the trails mentioned above. The pool is not heated and closes in late September. Please note that it is shared with the owners who will use it from time to time when not being used by you.

Children are not permitted in the pool area without an adult. The pool is shared with the owner from time to time.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property.
Fire pits are strictly prohibited on entire grounds.

It`s a very friendly area. A quick walk to play tennis or visit a small playground area for kids. Cars drive very slowly as people often walk with their pets and kids.
Neighbors are close by but very friendly. Amazing views!

Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
