This cozy and comfortable home has access to the most beautiful beaches of the west coast of Puerto Rico (Boquerón, Combate, Buye, Playuela and Playa Sucia). It is located in the heart of the District MTB @ Cabo Rojo. Walking distance to "El Viandon" which is the starting point to the trails of famous MTB groups (Ex. Los Domingueros). House located in the Mecca of recognized MTB competitions (100 Series) and recreational activities. Located near Cabo Rojo's famous Lighthouse.

Large place but lacking amenities

The place is huge, clean and has most things you'd need for a couple people. The eight beds (4 set of bunk beds) worked well but some of them are ridiculously squeaky so everyone wakes up when someone rolls over, not alone come down from the top bunk. Only four blankets were provided (compared to the 8 sheets) and five bath towels. We also had to buy a towel and toilet paper as not enough was provided. Also, bring all food items, including coffee. Two bathrooms were a plus. The one on the first floor doesn't have hot water but that wasn't a problem as it was hot outside. Overall, nice place but just seemed to have the bare minimum.

Great Overall Experience

The house is beautiful and the Mountain Bike theme fits well with the location of the property. The location is close to Combate Beach and Boqueron. And super close to great MTB trails. The house is well equipped clean. Pretty much all you have to take is food and the rest is there. The AC units work great we were all comfortable with the bunkbed setup. The owner (Jose) was always available and answered every question we had. The area is quiet at night with an awesome breeze. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

Excellent!

Beautiful brand new house with plenty of amenities. Very clean. Great high end community location. Although the listing mentioned a couple of bikes were available to use, I couldn't see them anywhere. Didn't have time to ride them anyway... There were other articles to use at the beach like unblrella, chairs, floater, etc. Very nice overall
