Senior citizen got room 4th floor-No elevator,

If u are travelling with senior citizen, Do not book Budget room w/ private bathroom (non beach front). This was located at the very back ugly building that u can pass local houses. Sorry to say,look like squatter area.Very slippery small dark alley with flooded water.The room was located in 4th floor without elevator. Do not book here it was a nightmare. If u want to changed room in lower floor main building, it has a fee for P1,300 (discounted price) How come to pay extra if same room category of Standard Room no view Main Bldg. Room size 14 sqm with very tiny toilet? I booked this 2pax for 70euro 2nights. Yes it was cheap but so annoying not to put in hotel description no elevator & rooms is in the 4th floor & not advisable for senior As a returning guest I hate to give negative feedback but if you are unhappy you cannot think of the positive side like concierge & some staff are nice & the beachfront rooms are amazing way back years ago, but now you can pay fortune to get for beach view rooms.

I liked that it was very clean, friendly staff, amenities in the room, even the pay items were very reasonable, comfortable bed, sheets, towels, and more. DO NOT RENT A ROOM THAT SAYS "Partial view" of the ocean because that is a total lie!!!! Yeah if you look through an alley way you might see the water if it is high tide. Don't stay on the second floor. The road noise will keep you awake all night.

It's a great location, it will be right in front of the White Beach (Main Beach- Station 1), the view is AMAZING, very accessible to transportation, staff service was great. However there's a few things to mention: during our stay- the third-floor & the building next to the accommodation was under construction. The noise from constructions starts at around 4AM, which we are disturbed. Second, the lock to our room was difficult to figure out at first, make sure to double check that the door is properly locked before going to bed or leaving. It is on the main commercial area, expect that the area will be noisy at night (which we don't mind). Anyways, 8 out 10 experience, thank you for our stay!

Employees are friendly, but they cant suggest or recommend things to do, a good restaurant, events going on, seems like they just guessing. Need instructions how to operate the TV, remote not working really well, hair dyer is on and off. Its warm in the room.
