Every staff member we encountered was very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast buffet could have had more variety and sometimes food was not replenished. It took a long time to get ahold of the operator and i had to call multiple times for certain things because they wouldn’t bring it.

Stayed for 4 nights, and the service and amenities were amazing. The whole staff were pleasant and very welcoming. We absolutely have nothing negative to comment about. The staffs were friendly, the property was clean, but there should be more bathroom in the family room. The bathroom should have doors for privacy. Also, my son got his Pokémon crocs taking by someone so I didn’t really feel secure or safe to leaving our belongings unattended.

Booking shows breakfast included- it is NOT. Its $20/person. They will not accommodate this even though confirmation says otherwise. Check-in staff was extremely rude & belittling when we tried to provide our proof of breakfast included. The woman checking us in looked at the other front desk agent & told her to have the family checking in next to us explain to us breakfast is nit included because its not what they show. Seriously? We speak both English & Tagalog, we understand but its not what we reserved. Why would they involve other guests in our dispute?

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Boracay. I really enjoyed the vibe—it's relaxing, and the staff are friendly and very accommodating. However, for a resort that presents itself as 5-star, there are areas that need improvement. The gym is extremely small and has very basic equipment. For a luxury resort, I expected a more spacious and well-equipped fitness center, especially since some guests do want to stay active even while on vacation. Another major letdown was the breakfast buffet. The food selection was disappointing, with a heavy focus on pork products and very limited variety. During my 9-day stay, they served canned goods like tuna or sardines every morning—you could clearly tell they came straight from a can, which is unacceptable for a supposed 5-star establishment. The breakfast menu definitely needs a serious upgrade with more thoughtful and fresh options. Lunch and dinner buffets were better, but the preparation of the prime rib was very underwhelming. The chefs could benefit from more training in cooking high-quality meats—based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering prime rib here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, and I appreciated the housekeeping staff who provided fresh fruits and snacks daily. Their attention to detail and hospitality added a nice touch to the stay.
