Cosy small apartment in center of Bordeaux

The apartment was very cosy, with the basic facilities you need and excellently located. It was rather dusty and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The service was very flexible and friendly.

Formidablement bien situé

Petit studio très bien situé et surtout au calme ce qui est un critère important vu qu'il est plein centre. Je regrette juste un canapé lit très moyen pour le couchage. Un vrai lit aurait été au top.

Bonjour, L'agence de location qui passe par le site Booking manque de sérieux. Pour l'annonce du studio que nous avons loué, ils mettent des photographies de logements plus grands qu'ils possèdent dans l'immeuble, ce qui induit en erreur le client car les photographies ne sont pas légendées et on ne sait pas à quel logement elles se rapportent. De plus, le canapé lit a un matelas de quelques centimètres d'épaisseur et à deux dedans on s'enfonce complètement, il mériterait d'être changé au vu du prix de la location. Enfin, 24 heures après le chek in, nous avons reçu un SMS nous demandant de payer 49€ pour des frais de linge et de nettoyage. Or ces frais de linge n'apparaissent nul part sur l'annonce de Bookings, il est simplement précisé que des frais de nettoyage s'appliquent si les visiteurs ne le font pas eux-mêmes. Nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes l’appartement et refusé de payer ces frais indus. Ayant indiqué ces éléments à la personne de l'agence au téléphone, elle a soutenu le contraire contre toute évidence (copies d'écran de l'annonce à l'appui). Nous déconseillons donc ces locations,

Appartement mal-éclairé et exigu

Gros avantage ** Appartement super bien placé à proximité de la place du Quinconces Inconvénients ** Appartement exigu ; certes 23 m2 (vérifié), mais beaucoup de places perdues avec les pièces d'eau ce qui laisse peu de place pour la pièce commune, aussi au lieu d'avoir un vrai lit, c'est un convertible ** 3éme étage sans ascenseurs ** LE PIRE : La fenêtre donnant sur la pièce commune fait seulement 1 m2 et donne sur une courette d'immeuble, ce qui donne une impression d'étouffement ** Enfin au dernier moment, il faut payer en plus 65 euros pour avoir le linge de maison, cela donne une impression désagréable d'être pris en otage

Beau petit appart bien que plusieurs éléments constatés au fil du séjour : - fuite lorsqu’il pleut (toilette inondé) - hotte ne fonctionne pas - une lumière ne fonctionnait pas ( appart peu éclairé naturellement ) - certaines prises fonctionnaient mal Je déconseille en été, chaleur étouffante et pas de clime.
