The accommodation is in a residence on the 2nd floor near the tram B (4 minute walk), to go to the historic city center 5min by tram near the docks and the new wine city, direct entrance to the ring road.

76 m² apartment composed of 3 bedrooms and a living room:
- large bedroom (double bed)
- 2nd bedroom (double sofa bed)
- 3rd bedroom (cot + cot)
- living room with US kitchen (sofa convertible into a bed of 2 places)

- separate toilet
- 1 parking space (tourist car)

Exchanges with travelers
You will be greeted by a friend on the spot and I will be available by email (sometimes by phone)

Other remarks
Sometimes I block one more day (before and after other bookings). You can ask me to unlock them, I could do it sometimes under certain conditions.
