Property entirely renovated on a ground of two hectares and ideally located at 45 minutes of the Ocean, 20 minutes of Bordeaux Center and 10 minutes of the vineyards.
The main house has 6 spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen opening onto a first shaded terrace.
A swimming pool (12X6) with large covered terrace and barbecue complete this property.
Possibility to rent the cottage attached to the main house which has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen and a living room. Ask us for prices.
The calm and greenery will ensure a relaxing stay, ideal for children, the property is fully fenced with private parking and closed for your vehicles.
Close to all shops.
