「After check-in, doors were open to all work areas which looked very unkempt, bed mattress was worn out . . . we both had trouble sleeping and had back aches throughout the rest of our drive, breakfast was sparse and very un-appealing so we ate breakfast elsewhere, . . . Basically the hotel didn't match anything we had read on Expedia which is why we drove out of our way to stay in a place that fit our budget. . . . our mistake.」
