「The hotel location is near Victoria Coach Station which takes less than 1 hour from Heathrow Airport by National Express bus. Good breakfast! Staffs are helpful.」

「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」

「Hotel is nearly overground station, and also bus station. The room is a bit small, but still ok. Overall tidy and clean. Staff are really nice, very supportive. We found that the bath tub was not draining properly, and the staff fixed it in the next day. 」

「I liked the fact that they provided free showering products but I couldn’t sleep at night because the whole floor was tilted to one side and I kind of kept falling down from one side to the other on the bed...I talked to the staff but they told me it was because the whole building was old...Moreover the room size was extremely small. I was skinny and small (47kg, 163cm) and I couldn’t turn around in the shower cabinet...I was wondering who else could... Well, I think this hotel is too old to...

「Just about 10-minute walk to Victoria Station, very convenient. Since it is centre, thus the price is higher as compared to other location. Room is not very spacious. Other things ok.」

「Location is good. Carpet is quite dirty and smelly. Condition of the shower cubicle is poor that water splashed out onto the floor through gaps in between partitions and doors」

「Food was excellent , reasonably priced and delectable. I have Celiac disease and asked the staff about dinner options. The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying. 」

「The room is basic but for that price what do you expect. Hotel location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the tube station. Good continental breakfast is served in the morning. Tea and coffee is freely available in the kitchen area whole day, just help yourself. Check-in time is 2pm to 4pm, a bit short and early but I understand one could request later check-in」

「房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。」
