"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "

We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. "Amazing and comfortable .Easy access to cities and sites.We had 14 people. Luca, Lido, and Osanna really helped orchestrate dinners, cooking class, buses, and beautiful scenic sights. All of this at a really great value. Dana and Howard Hall."

"Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...

"There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend"
