"The hotel is not at a convenient location to old city and it’s very difficult to get around. For the first time in our traveling, we lost the room card and when we tried to get assistance, there was no front staff. This happened at 10:00 PM and we managed to call them and the clerk showed up and was quite unhappy that we bothered him. The next day, the other clerk gave us a lecture about the incident the breakfast was extremely poor, only one glass of juice, ham sandwich and one coffee....

"This is a lovely hotel right next to the Arena and beside some lovely restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in the Romeo room which is separate from the main hotel but it’s metres and they are on call to assist as required. Breakfast is continental and is plentiful with good choices. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay. During opera season the location must be fantastic !!!"
