Mi sono sempre trovata bene ma questa volta proprio no hanno aperto un bar discoteca sotto ha fatto musica fino alle 2 del mattino con schiamazzi in strada non ci tornerò più

A nice stop over

This was a complex of new apartments, supposedly having multilingual staff, the check in was slow and interesting as she spoke no English. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a shared balcony and some mountain views in the distance. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work but there was a fan there that did a good job. A five minute walk into Trichiana and there are bars and restaurants, we ate at the first restaurant we came to and it was excellent.

Nice hotel but needs improvement

The reception looks like a office room rather than a hotel. Staff polite but with too much improvising. When we arrived the lady at the reception did not know which room we were supposed to be in. When her husband arrived he was expecting cash payment although I had already paid via Expedia. The room was nice but we found a long black hair in the toilet...and there were some spider webs on the ceiling. I'm not saying the room was dirty but more attention to detail is required when cleaning the rooms. Location was perfect for us and the area extremely quiet. The hotel needs improvements but I would definitely go back.

un caldo capannone nel nulla

Siamo stati accolti in un ambiente non riscaldato e non adatto all'accoglienza (un negozio di sistemi di riscaldamento, non riscaldato) abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 20' che lentamente finisse di discutere con la persona che stava accogliendo. Ha preteso il pagamento anticipato... Colazione possibile solo ai poco forniti (e forniti di brioches decongelate) bar nella piazza del paese (circa 800m che al freddo del mattino...), il bar più vicino, 400m, nonostante sia quello di un albergo al mattino alle 8.00 lo abbiamo trovato chiuso.

Purtroppo non è stato possibile soggiornare nella struttura perchè il titolare ha fatto confusione con le prenotazioni. Nonostante la mail di conferma parlasse esplicitamente di 3 letti separati per 3 persone ci siamo ritrovati con un solo letto matrimoniale.
