「Very difficult to check in. Once in, the room was very cold and there was no way to increase heat. We emailed the office 4 times and did not get a response until the following day. There were no blankets in the room and only a sheet on the bed. We froze all night.」

「The owners were awesome with communication and pleasant to respond with. The accommodations were not what I thought I booked but close to the pictures (a little misleading as I thought I was on a second floor) bed was saggy but the worst was the smell. It just smelt. I bought some scented candles and that helped. Maybe some glade plug-ins would help. I do realize we were at ocean level and it’s damp. 」

「There's not a bad location in Venice, although this apartment is a bit of a walk from the train station. The owner provided thorough, well-written directions to find the apartment. Venice is incredible, so we weren't in the apartment much. 」
