This was a great place to stay for my 10 days in Venice. The location is quiet but still in the ‘thick of things’. A great local bar has opened up close by. Cafes, bistros, a supermarket, shops - all close by. I would have liked a folder that gave me a few hints for the area and good places to go - but otherwise it was fantastic!

We stayed in the “deluxe apartment” which is extremely nice. High ceilings, large rooms, and the biggest showers I’ve experienced in Europe. The location was intentionally chosen due to its proximity to train station but you will get some foot traffic and rolling luggage due to this. But it’s close to everything in Venice. Easily walkable to main attractions or towards the grand canal if you want to get a water taxi or water bus. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and well appointed apartment in Central Venice. Lots of space with kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Would highly recommend. You’ll meet someone on the day you arrive to receive a physical key at check-in. This is the only part of the process that was not completely clear, but the property managers were great and very nice when talking to us upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay!

Hébergement superbe et très propre. Un petit bémol cependant les ustensiles de cuisine sont limités au strict nécessaire. Sinon la plaque électrique est tombée en panne un soir. Le lendemain elle était remplacée par une neuve. Marco a été très réactif sur ce problème.

Très bon endroit et équipe professionnelle et disponible. Tout était quasi parfait. Seul petit bémol mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de vivre un super séjour : le bruit. La rue est passante et les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage (et les parties communes sont en double vitrage !).
