"This is one of the nicest hotel i have been stayed in. The staff are super nice and friendly It is close to the shopping streets and restaurants. "

"Very clean room and the staff were lovely! It’s in a great location (the pedestrian street), and the walk from the nearest metro station is safe and takes you past lots of cute street food spots. The moon bridge and some bars are very close by too. Breakfast was a great spread of various Chinese dishes, but if you miss that, it’s not far to get to Shamian Island and a bunch of other sights. There’s an all day vending machine to get simple snacks and drinks on site. The rooftop is really cute too - the staff will bring you a free pot of tea once a day. Decorations were lovely and tasteful, old Cantonese vibes. A great stay!"

Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "
