Bien demander les mesures du garage car toutes les voitures ne passent pas, point de faiblesse la partie conformité électrique, la sécurité du lit double a revoir, au delà de 4 personnes l'appartement présente une faiblesse de surface néanmoins la localisation reste agréable ayant pour autant le centre-ville proche très peu de nuisance sonore. Également être plus vigilant lors de la réception de sortie du bien lors de la sortie lorsque le locataire fait le ménage.

L appartement est ancien Il comporte tout pour un bon dortoir mais mieux vaut juste y dormir Pour 5 personnes ( 3 adultes - 2 enfants) l appartement n’est pas du tout approprié et l électroménager sur place est tres ancien Expérience à ne pas refaire
