Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, this is an older hotel and for a similar price you could stay at some of the newer hotels in KK.

Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu
Spacious room. Comfort bed. But smells in the sewage pipe drainage area around the shower or the toilet area on our day 4 and 5. Washroom was clean but not sure why the sewage smell.
