Through no fault of the host, the owners had changed the lock on the mailbox (where the keys were kept) but the owners had not provided the hosts with the new keys. The host managed to meet up with us to give us our keys, which was serendipitous rather than the result of good planning.Communication with the hosts was awkward. "Wonderful location. Close to the bay & also great coffee shops. Our unit was very clean & tidy and the owners were very accessible & helpful. The only two negative comments are :The bathroom was very small. The top bunks of the bunk bed could sleep 2 people in theory however the ladder to access these beds was very steep & not easy to use. "
