Staff were great especially Lucy in the restaurant. Hotel is a gem. Breakfast was delicious and gym is nice and big with lots of equipment. Only negative was the service charge on the bill. I hope this isn't going to bleed into the hotel sector so owners can pay their staff less. I paid this time but definitely will not pay again.

Room size was good. Receptionist was very kind.
Free car parking space added extra value of stay.
Hot water shower was quick and comfort water pressure.
Only drawback is cleanliness. Toilet seat rim has yellow stains. And there was not toilet roll in the room but paper handkerchief box helped a bit.
Recommend if travellers seeking good value stay near salford

The room was very stylishly decorated , it was clean and I liked the kitchen , I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it was cold , but apart from that I enjoyed my stay

"It was a really pleasant stay all staff was so lovely, everything was lovely and relaxing i would most definitely stay again, shame the weather let us down a bit but still had a great stay. The only thing that was missing a mirror in the room to get ready hair etc."
