Dejligt, men med pil ned!

Rigtigt dejligt sted og super omgivelser, der var dog et par problemer på vejen. Da vi kom, fik vi at vide at der ikke var gratis morgenmad, selv om det stod på Hotels og fik dog hurtigt fat i kundeservice, som sagde at det skulle de nok betale. Så vi fik værelset. Der var desværre ikke nogen håndklæder, lidt øv. Vi havde dog vores egne med.

Idyl for alle pengene.

Vi blev meget venligt modtaget, værelset var stort og behageligt, morgenmaden lækker og varieret, restauranten havde et godt spisekort og så var beliggenheden helt fantastisk.

Toll gelegenes kleines, gemütliches Hotel. Die Lage am See ist ein Traum, Restaurant am Hotel ist auch gut. Frühstück hervorragend.

Dejligt ophold

Vi var der med vores 9 årige søn. Vi havde brudesuiten med en fantastisk udsigt. Dejligt område. Masser at lave. Rent og velholdt. Det eneste vi manglede var kaffe på værelset. Det havde været fint med en lille elkedel. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Foto er taget fra værelset.

Fint sted, fantastisk natur og omgivelser

Det var et fint hotel. Værelset var ikke noget helt vildt særligt, men fint nok. Tilgengæld ligger hotellet i naturskønne omgivelser, lige ned til søen, hvor der også er lavet en lille 'strand' ned liggestole, sauna mv. Morgenmaden var også rigtig fin med et stort udvalg, og servicen var i top.

Landschaftlicher Idyll.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Ich hatte eine kleine Suite unterm Dach, hell mit schönem Ausblick. Kein Aufzug. Für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet. Bad sehr eng. Rezeption oft nicht besetzt. Alles in allem ein gutes Landhaushotel der Mittelklasse. Freundliche Bedienung beim ordentlichen Frühstück.

Godt tilfreds med opholdet. Der mangler noget i ledelsen, idet der var stor forskel på, hvordan den enkelte medarbejder arbejdede. Intentioner hos alle var kun gode. Man havde problemer med at holde styr på bon'erne man fik i løbet af opholdet.

Lovely spot

A brilliant location for this small hotel, with a very Nice view over the lake. We also had dinner an got a few drinks, and it was all very good.

Generelt god oplevelse med fantastisk beliggenhed

Det var overvejende positivt, men der var to ting som kunne forbedres. 1. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, især med tanke på at de tyske hoteller plejer at have god og rigelig morgenbuffet. 2. Wifi- og internet dækning meget dårlig i hele hotellet. Receptionen havde store vanskeligheder at modtage betaling via kreditkort.

Zusagen werden nicht gehalten

Die Zusage für ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde nicht eingehalten. Dies nicht entschuldigend sondern mit der Aussage, dass eine Mitarbeiterin sich wohl getäuscht hätte bzgl. der Lage des Zimmers. Solches Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich hätte das Hotel nicht gewählt, wenn ich dies vorher gewußt hätte, dass ich ein Zimmer in direkter Straßenlage zugewiesen bekomme.
