「As a non smoker I found the hotel to be filled with cigarette smoke. This got to all floors. The cause is the smoking coffee bar beside the Checkin area with the door left open as well was staff smoking behind the counter at breakfast time. I really found this off putting. I thought the days of returning to my room with my clothes smelling of smoke were over but I guess not. The check in staff could be abrupt and lacked service delivery skills. They do speak English but some of the female staff...
