“Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.”

“Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Pricing of rooms was good, we had 2 rooms that joined together and they were both very spacious, clean and modern in design. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices and all halal.”

“Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was……

“As a non smoker I found the hotel to be filled with cigarette smoke. This got to all floors. The cause is the smoking coffee bar beside the Checkin area with the door left open as well was staff smoking behind the counter at breakfast time. I really found this off putting. I thought the days of returning to my room with my clothes smelling of smoke were over but I guess not. The check in staff could be abrupt and lacked service delivery skills. They do speak English but some of the female staff……

“Great staff, clean property and comfortable beds. It’s located 2 minutes from the center and really close to all restaurants and places to see. Will be back for sure”

“Everything is good except that the room was so small that there was no room to laid down our luggages.Beds were tighter than normal single beds.”

“Clean room and helpful staff. The room was quite small, but I suppose that comes with the territory in old European city centres. That’s understandable, although visitors from North America may find the room size a little challenging.”
