Location is great. But the cleanliness of the place was not great. Specially the towels, they smelled really bad. Also the WiFi wasn’t connecting the whole time. But the staff are nice and it’s convenient for a 1 night stay

What a delightful boutique hotel near the STUNNING Old City of Mostar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's no exaggeration, this is one of the best breakfasts you'll ever experience at a hotel - don't eat out for this one. Lots of shops nearby, including a supermarket. Parking can be arranged next to the hotel for €10 per day. Highly recommend both the hotel and the city.

A perfect stay in the heart of Mostar! Hotel Sinan Han is truly a special place. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few steps from the Old Bridge and the beautiful old town, making it incredibly easy to explore Mostar on foot. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is charming and combines the character of Mostar with modern comfort. The staff were exceptional — warm, welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, we felt like more than just guests. They were always ready to help with recommendations, directions and anything else we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and well prepared, and having breakfast so close to the historic centre made the whole experience even more enjoyable.If you are visiting Mostar, I highly recommend Hotel Sinan Han. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, wonderful hospitality and an unforgettable atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is excellent! Near the old city, supermarket and restaurants. While the breakfast was not included, it was delicious. The owners were quite nice. What I didn't like was the fact I emailed the hotel twice before my arrival and there was no response. The room needs to be renovated. Holes in the walls and bathroom. Also, the maids did not do a good job cleaning. For the price I paid, it wasn't worth it

This is a small hotel but very nice with a beautiful view from our room and well located near the old time bridge. The best was the excellent staff they have, very kind, smiling faces and excellent service. Parking was easy, just next to the hotel.

This was a great place to stay in Mostar. It is just outside of old town and close to the bridge that will give you an amazing view of the Mostar bridge. The staff were the nicest we’ve come across on our travels. While the room was small, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was right next door.

Apart from the staff being insanely helpful and going above and beyond for us non stop, the hotel itself wasn’t kept in the best condition. We couldn’t shower because the shower head wouldn’t clamp on properly, the toilet paper wasn’t put in the holder and it was locked, the fridge had energy drinks left in there from a previous stay, the TV wouldn’t turn on until we asked for help. There were definitely a lot of things that left us disappointed for the price we paid. However, the location was amazing! The staff were 10/10 some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced. It was the condition of the room that left us unfortunately feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth for the night.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed like family. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. You can really feel that everything is prepared with care and love. But what makes Hotel Sinan Han truly special is the staff. ⭐️ They are simply number one — incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. You don't feel like just another guest; you feel like you are staying with friends. A huge thank you to the whole Sinan Han family for making our stay so memorable. Staff and the property was great and a fantastic location for the old part of Mostar, Old Bridge etc. Only issue, as with any hotel in a small city, is parking. Theres on street parking outside the hotel and Private Parking at the side and just down the street. This is charged at 20euro per 12 hours so a day is 40euro. We decided to park around a 20 minute walk away and spent around 10 euros in totals for a 2 day stay. Stadion Parking Mostar. The app is useless oh and parking meters only take Marks, not Euros Last one, supermarket down the road is great

Clean and spacious one bedroom for us travelling with our toddler. Theres parking next to the hotel that will cost 10 euro per night. Quite well maintained and working air conditioning. A few minutes walk to the old town and to Stari Most. This was convenient that we didnt take the stroller to the old town (not stroller friendly). It's so close we had breakfast with a view of the bridge in town before all the other tourists arrived which was lovely. There's also a supermarket a couple of minutes walk which was handy.
