“The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book……

“El hotel es super ideal para familias con niños, es super agradable y tranquilo para descansar. Las areas comunes fueron excelentes par ami hijo pequeño hacer amistad con otro nibo turista y jugar futbol. El hotel esta cercano al pueblo y al Valle del Cocora y con excelente opcion de restaurante si prefieres regresar a tu hotel y comer. Tambien tiene el restaurnate Laurita al lado que tiene una trucha fabulosa. El desayuno super completo y variado y mis hijos tambien quedaron satisfechos. ……

“The staff: Shirley, Taylor and Carmen were very friendly. Property grounds are very large and beautiful. The view from our balcony was incredible. The decór throughout the hotel is very charming. It does feel like a village from the movie Encanto. The only issue is that food options are limited in the evening. Breakfast can be improved and the jacuzzi looked dated. Otherwise, I would highly recommend El Eden for a relaxing getaway.”
