It did not disappoint; excellent and helpful staff, brilliant location with an easy walk to the old city, a private secure car park, quiet comfortable room, and a good breakfast. And an excellent value! Our stay in Bergerac was very pleasant thanks to the Hotel de Bordeaux. "

"This is a very central hotel, and at first glance is very much in the traditional mould. However everything is modern, comfortable and works. There's even a pool and the breakfast was very good. The parking is limited but there's (paid) public parking right outside. Overall very good value for money."

"This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bergerac but very close to the railway station. My room was very comfortable and clean with a good bathroom that was also very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay there again."

Perfectly located in the centre of Bergerac, with everything you need within a very short stroll, there's not much more you could ask for. Fantastic service and attention."

"We have just returned from a 2 wk stay at this stunning hamlet.Driving up to ‘Nadalie’ takes your breath away, its beautiful. The buildings have been beautifully converted to a small village with white shingle, beautiful flowers & shrubs, grape vines & fruit trees, seating nooks everywhere to enjoy the surroundings, plenty of chairs & sun beds. The Gites are perfectly spaced so that you can get away and have some alone time if needed, or gather in the main house or games room, with a lovely outdoor seating area. Perfect for our dogs, as they could run free without any worry.Sadly the fabulous pool is not heated, so we couldn’t use it often as it was just too cold, we had a few days of sunshine but also had rain. But it is the end of the season!Overall, we had a fabulous time at Nadalie, the owners Laure & her daughter Yseult were very attentive answering messages & sorting out any problems immediately, they very kindly gave my mum a gift for her birthday too.Whilst they do provide towels in the gites, they are a little tired and could do with replacing, a couple of big fluffy ones would be nice & make it a little more luxurious. We would definitely come back to the beautiful place, but maybe when it’s a bit warmer! Thankyou"

"Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."
