「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」

「The room was spotless and the bed was pretty comfortable for an overnight stay. The room was nicely put together I must say. The gentleman at the front desk worker was AMAZING. He was very helpful and was polite. He asked us about our trip and was very welcoming as it was our first time out in Massachusetts. He honestly made the stay even better because he made it feel like a 5 star hotel! 」
