「We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
