"The room appeared clean but in trying to plug in charging cables I discovered a Qtip under the bedside table. Other than that, the staff was helpful, room service rapid and helpful and all courteous. "

"Staff was wonderful and attentive. I didn’t need anything but they offered and that was thoughtful. Valet was expensive but very convenient. The location was perfect for exploring seaport during the holidays. My only criticism was that the bathroom could be cleaner. The bathtub didn’t look suitable for my kiddos to take a bath in. We otherwise had a great time and would certainly return!"

"We were able to check in early which was amazing so we could drop our stuff off in the room, and go shopping. The hotel is in the prudential and Copley mall so you do t even have to outdoors in the cold winter to dine or shop. By far our favorite place to stay each Xmas season, it has become an annual weekend stop for us from New Hampshire. "
