"We really enjoyed our stay at CitizenM Back Bay minus the staff! They were not only short handed but short on their customer service! The hotel is convenient and walking distance lots including shopping, Fenway Park, Freedom Park and North End! The room was small but perfect for what we needed with a beautiful view! We did not have breakfast at the hotel and opted to find local eatery’s near by! We would recommend staying here and hope by putting a review their customer service improves and they are fully staffed, in this case we would stay again! "

The staff was amazing, especially Mike. He made our stay extra special! Our room had a beautiful city view and the beds were very comfortable.
