Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. Definitely not related to the comments in google map or any other apps as “top-rated breakfast”. Taking this hotel as a backup plan or if you cares for the budget.

This hotel appears to have been recently remodeled or renovated. Pros: The lobby is clean, the staff is friendly, the room is generically decorated. The hotel is near great shopping, restaurants and the area is very walkable. Cons: The hotel is located on a very busy street. The bathroom could use a deep clean and be inspected prior to the guest arrival. Overall, a nice hotel for an overnight stay.

We arrived early morning flight so we did early check in with fee charged. The room was clean but has very small window and it was a little complicated to find a room. It had some talking noise from other room for a while. Location was good for us to visit Northeastern University which was walking distance and easy to take bus or subway but it was hard to get a ticket for public transportation. Overall it was good choice to stay for a few days.

The hotel is very comfy and spacious. Also decent parking for downtown Boston. Not a lot of amenities, but there’s a lot around you so it doesn’t really matter. There are the green & orange line T stops very close to you and you have the Prudential center very close.

It's in a great location near a T stop and walkable to the Prudential Center and other cool shops on Newbury. The place smelled a little funky, and the room was a bit cramped (there was maybe 8 inches between the foot of the bed and the dresser). The breakfast was pretty sad, just a few packaged pastries and some apples.

They do not have room control temperature. The whole facility is on one system. It was freezing in my room. I needed 4 blankets. The window in my room was cracked. They had the air conditioner running and it was 50 degrees outside. I felt like I was living unhoused. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room.

They charge you $75 for early check in. We were there for 5 nights. The house keeping personnel did the minimal. No vacuuming, sink wasn’t cleaned, mirrors and tub not cleaned. Very disappointed
