The service of the room was shockingly poor. The first night our room was not serviced until almost 5PM. The second night after asking for the room to be cleaned, they left the remains of room service food in the room, with the trash cans also full. We had to ask if we needed to clear the trash ourselves. Any other hotel, I would not have been surprised. But a hotel at this caliber? I was disappointed to say the least.

This is a great spot if you are in Boston because it is close to everywhere, there is a restaurant downstairs, and the staff is professional. It is pricey but you get you pay for.

Lovely quiet hotel in the heart of the city

Wonderful hotel. Great soundproofing which meant that even though you are in the heart of the city it was as quiet as could be. Very nice rooms with lovely decor. Great service

We had such a great time at the Whitney. It was clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff was great and they really took care of us. I love this boutique hotel and can’t wait to come back.
