Really good hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The only slight issues is you can really hear when your upstairs neighbor is closing and opening their curtians and the broadway sunway does rumble a little

The staff was great, and the room was in a convenient location. However, we noticed that the air circulation wasn’t very good, and there was a significant amount of condensation on the windows. We also noticed a few stains on the bedsheet before leaving unfortunately we didn’t notice when we got there until we were checking out.

Stayed for one night on their 12th floor, corner room. So very quiet at the end of the hall. Room was clean and comfortable and I loved the bed and pillows! Much needed after a long day. Front desk was kind and helpful, even at 2am when I rolled in and needed help with my key. I enjoyed the added security of the key scan to use the elevators and even the front door after hours. I will most definitely stay again, value, convenience, and service A+.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, great sleep quality. Location is good if you want access to the subway. Food offerings are limited. They put out complimentary coffee and a minimal continental breakfast. I had great concern about this hotel being labeled Seaport. Seaport restaurants are 1-1.5 miles away. Booking here is not the same as booking hotels in Seaport area

Overall, the property was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy after long days. The staff truly stood out everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay more pleasant. That said, the standard room was quite small. It’s manageable for a one-night stay, but staying for three nights was challenging due to very limited wardrobe and storage space. Unpacking fully wasn’t really possible. Breakfast was continental and convenient, but it could be improved. For example, the boiled eggs were cold, and when milk was added to the coffee it became cold as well. Since there’s no microwave in the standard rooms, guests have to walk to the mini shop to use the single shared microwave, which isn’t located in the breakfast area this was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings. In summary, it’s a good option for a short stay with comfortable beds and excellent staff, but for longer stays, more space and better breakfast amenities would make a big difference.
