“I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people. It was not for me. We were just over 2 miles away from Mass General where my husband was having an operation. It had a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, and was surprisingly quiet. The description of the apartment was clear there was no parking space associated with the apartment; however, I found that every night……

“Would have liked an information binder with maps, subway line information, local do’s and don’ts, check out procedures, what to do with trash, etc…Also, spend a couple bucks in the bathroom and put down something in the shower to keep people from killing themselves when they slip. And a shower curtain that’s not the absolute cheapest option. Other than that, the location of the unit is incredible. Right in the heart of the north end, history all around. Had a great time and if we come back……

We walked to restaurants, the hospital was just a short walk away, and getting around Boston couldn’t have been easier.This place was the perfect home base. We’d absolutely stay here again. “Not the nicest area ever, but it was fine. Felt a little run down going in from outside, up the elevator, and to the apartment. But once inside, it was comfortable, clean, spacious, and sufficient for my need. I just needed a place to sleep, shower, and get ready for work. The air conditioning was extremely loud but it was like white noise and blocked out the city noises. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, considering it was lower cost than most other options. I would stay there again if……
