「My stay was one night. I drove up last minute the night before an important meeting. In the morning the shower wouldn’t get warm and then the water pressure cut out completely. No water coming from the shower at all. The owners response was that sometimes in the morning it takes an hour to get hot water up to the 6th floor. I needed two things from this stay - a warm bed and a hot shower. I only got 1 of them.」

「This place is not fancy, but is clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised I had an issue with the WiFi and the host fixed it as soon as they could. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble...

「The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.」

「Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.」

「The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection. We didn’t really use the kitchen. We did see a mouse once. The easiest upgrade that would make such a difference would be to provide better toilet paper and paper towels. The cheapest ones force you to use so much more of it anyway. We also had bare minimum on towels and no rug in the bathroom which...
