“We loved this quaint studio. It was spacious for the 2 of us with multiple places to sit, a fabulous kitchenette with everything we needed. The knife set was fabulous and included a knife sharpener. Very important!!! The bathroom was beautiful and Will did a wonderful job with all the tile! Comfortable bed and multiple pillows for any preference. The 4 stars for location/neighborhood were for distance from downtown, but for the price we paid, we expected that. There was also a loud party one of……

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Boston. Das Studio ist einfach perfekt :) gelegen. Ob es für ins Zentrum oder zum Fenway Park war die Distanz ist immer zu Fuss machbar. Ich hatte vor meinen Ferien eine gute Unterkunft gesucht und habe sie mit diesem Studio definitiv gefunden. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank war bei diesen heissen Temperaturen ein Gewinn. ”

“Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“Sparkling clean beautiful apartment! I was very comfortable and appreciated the high end furnishings and amenities. The splits cooled the apartment down quite quickly after a hot day away. It was very quiet. A quick walk to a nearby lovely shopping center and fast uber to my daughter’s college dorm. Communication with the owner was very prompt and positive. I would stay again on my next visit to Boston!”

“This was a nicely remodeled unit in a mixed use neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable and the setup was very nice. Street parking was fine, we didn’t have any problems. I would stay here again. ”

“Great apartment within walking distance of many basic amenities. Close to area hospitals and tourist attractions. The unit is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the building and within the unit. 3 foot wide doors and smooth floors makes it easy to navigate. Management is very responsive with quick returns on emails and calls. Highly recommend this spot for an extended Boston stay.”

“The unit was just as described. We were only in town for 2 nights but we're able to do a lot given the great location of the unit. We were about a 5 minute walk from the subway and able to get around to downtown in under 30 minutes. We also attended a sox game. We took a Lyft to the game but returned easily and quickly via subway. The unit had a comfortable bed, full size fridge to store drinks, a Keurig and a sweet little patio. Would definitely stay here again! ”

We were in back of apartment house and so city noise very very little. I am less certain if we were in the front as it faces near the freeway. But this is a great place and well located.”

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
