“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“Awful. Never again.
Broken bed, dingy tiny room. Front building door broken. One dingy shower washroom for 3 floors. Bedroom little resemblance to picture.
Outrageous nightly cost, hiked because of World Cup. Assumed it would be nice based on how much it cost.
Only good factor was it central in Boston, which I guess is why it was so expensive.”

“There was nothing about this property to like. From the start there was no communication, a resident of the property had to let us in then after several texts and messages left they sent us a room code. No other communication for 8 days”
