「The sheets were not comfortable at all, felt like plastic TBH, we requested pillows and water and were told they were added to our room (midnight check-in) but nothing was there when we arrived. Hallways were dirty and carpet needs to be cleaned or updated. Loud street but that is not the hotel’s problem just beware if you are a light sleeper.」
