「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「I can’t say enough about this property. Location can’t be beat! We spent tons of time in the North End so so everything was mins away. Also mins away was the North end station and Haymarket station so everywhere else you don’t want to walk to is short ride away. The place itself is incredible, I swear it seemed like we were the first ones to ever stay there it was so clean and up to date. Every bed was clean and comfortable with large TVs in every room. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
