“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“Excellent! Super easy access and check-in/check-out process and quick communication. Buildings and rooms are impeccable and gorgeously decorated in historic fashion. Comfy king bed in the Rajah room, beautiful clawfoot tub or a separate shower, and the main house was amazing as well. Great continental breakfast options”

“TL;DR: Low price isn't worth the terrible, pernicious smell that will follow you for days. For the cheap price, we knew we couldn't expect high standing establishment, which is fair game. You get what you pay for, and for a short stay, we were more than fine with an old, not-so-well-maintained room and uncomfortable bed. However, no photo, no review could truly prepare us the the horrendous and pervasive smell that permeated the whole building, from hallway to rooms. Nothing was clean.……
