"Rooms were fine, after much turmoil to get. The fact the hotel didn’t honor my paid reservation and had to”put me up” at the Langham for the first night was a blessing. The second night they again said I didn’t have a reservation and had fully refunded my stay (they didn’t) and that I was to stay at the Langham (they didn’t have rooms for the duration) was appalling. On check in the first night (me and 1 colleague) we asked for a drink from the bar as we waited for 2 hours in the lobby for a written note, the came to us with 1 single bottled beer and 4 glasses. Needles to say I will never stay at an Omni operated property ever again. Worst experience ever!"
