“Rooftop Terrace was closed, because hotel feels may be dangerous due to ice or winds, a bit extreme I would say for late autumn October, with weather on the warm side in the 50's-60's. But, rest of stay was spendid. The rooms are wonderful, romantic and bathrooms pristine. The Moo Restaurant was delicious. Staff wonderful! Hot Cider in lobby perfect treat for Halloween weekend.”

“Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues:
1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in
2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless
3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout
4. My key card was deactivated BEFORE checkout, elevator blocked—had to walk up 6 flights of stairs
Terrible service, zero comfort, overpriced and not recommended at all.”
