Nice large apartment

I rented 2 units in this building to accommodate a group of 6 friends who were in town for a university event. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us, and it was great to have a common area where we could all hang out and catch up on life. I would be happy to book this property again next time I’m in town with a group.

I liked it i thought it was cute and the bed was comfortable. There was some kind of leak to the stairs when it rained though. beds are good and easy street parking

All around great

Our 6 adults came together for a wedding in Arlington. The location is perfect for getting around Boston, including touristing to popular destinations around town without the headaches of being right downtown. A key plus is easy on-street parking. Having two kitchens and two sitting rooms worked really well for us. We also found the managers of this property were about the most responsive we’ve ever experienced with VRBO properties.

It was pretty much what we expected physically, did not like that the outside door to one of the apartments was wide open when we arrived and towel rack was taped to wall in one bathroom. Did appreciate coffee, plenty of towels and dishes available.
