Room was clean, everything I needed was avialble but what stood out particularly was the staff that was on. He was at the front desk uoon checking in and he was very helpful and personable. He even let me pick my favorite number for my room :-)

Easy access to freeway. Enjoyed talking to the overnight manager who was the nicest guy I had any interaction with on the staff. More options for breakfast would be nice for that kind of rate would be nice.

The check took almost an hour and I was only the 5th person in line. It was well pass the check in time. Rooms were not ready. The room was clean but very outdated and in poor condition. The area was great and safe. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed and not good at communicating.

The location of your hotel is quite good, and the two Chinese staff members at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the room had a strong musty smell, which affected our experience. We checked out on the morning of the 19th, and it has been three days, but our deposit has still not been refunded. During our stay, we also spent one night at another hotel, and their deposit was refunded to us the very next day. I left a message for your hotel last night but have not received any reply, which is quite disappointing. I hope you can look into this matter and process our deposit refund as soon as possible.

Extremely dirty environment, with an unpleasant odor throughout the halls and lobby. The rooms were unkempt and grimy, with strange hairs, dust, and dirt on every surface practically, including the bathroom. There was a large, odd, brown stain, in the crumb-filled pull-out couch, and a shower curtain littered with pink mold. If I hadn't been on a budget or had my own Lysol wipes, I would have spun on my heels. Upon check in, other guests and I were waiting for a receptionist for a while, however when we did get to check in with someone, it was easy and confidential. The staff themselves were polite and helpful, and the area is safe; I just cannot get past how run down and gross the place itself was.

Absolutely filthy! See pictures regarding carpet, couch, bedding, tables, dishwasher, tv, black mold and more. Washers/dryers gross and over priced. Booked through Expedia and they were helpful in trying to make things right. Extended Stay, nope! No help, no discount/refund/nothing. Tried to find another hotel the last night after seeing a mouse run across the hall right in front of me but couldn’t. Not sure where the staff was for extended periods of time but to end on a good note, one young lady at the front desk provided excellent customer swrvice and was apologetic, sincere and sweet.

This is a decent place for a couple of nights. I wouldn’t bring my family on a vacation here. The front desk staff were great. There was some damage that was clearly fixed on the bathroom door but the nails were visible. There were lights out in the room that needed fixing. I let the front desk know and they were going to put in a maintenance ticket. This is extended stay, not really a vacation destination. It’s clean and convenient and good for a few nights.

Outdated Hotel, NOT CLEAN

VERY old property that needs desperate update. Do not stay here with your kids! The property is dirty, lots of trash, terrible room conditions. Towels and sheets have stains. No dishes or silverware in the kitchen.

The good: The bed was comfortable and the tv and refrigerator worked. Ice nope. Fork, plates, cups, nope. Are the cabinets attached? Some of them. Toilet in one piece? Nope. The least expensive option on 4th of July weekend felt like just that.

The room was shocking to me. All The walls had who knows what on them, the couch looks like a cat clawed at it for days, the kitchen had burnt countertops, the tv stand had water damage and missing doors. It looked like I was in an abandoned room. The faucet handle was missing, kinda needed a wrench to turn on. It also was not able to turn to warmer water. The floors were missing tile, doors had bad patch work from hold on it. Again, food, body fluids, pop or whatever was ALL over the walls. If I hadn’t paid for it already I would’ve left. The only good thing and reason we stayed was no bed bugs. The maid did all she could do for regular cleaning and i appreciate that. The drapes were also falling down. I was not touching them. I will never stay at this place or other extended stay again. We were visiting our exchange student at Bentley and my son had to stay in his dorm due to the nastiness of the couch.

I recently booked a suite here for family members, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The amenities were lacking - no plates, cups, or saucepan were provided, despite the description suggesting it sleeps 4 there was no sofa bed. When my guests, two senior citizens, requested a saucepan, they were given a rusted one. The receptionist was also quite rude when my guests, 2 senior citizens asked about additional amenities and even went to say they didn't care about the reviews. The breakfast options were limited to coffee and hot water, and they had to pay extra for WiFi. However, the location was convenient, and the housekeeper was polite. Overall, I would suggest that the suite's amenities and services be reviewed to better meet the needs of guests otherwise they are selling hot air.
