Historic Home At Freedom Trail
- This spacious one-bedroom apartment sits in a tall brick Colonial townhouse, constructed when Charlestown was the original Boston city center. The living room and eat-in kitchen face the lovely patio. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a king. The living room has a very comfortable queen sleep sofa. There is also an air mattress but maximum 4 guests. Just a few steps from Charlestown center, you are just one block from the Bunker Hill Monument and close to the Freedom Trail that takes you to The USS Constitution. Walk 5-10 minutes to the subway, and 10 –15 minutes to Boston’s North End neighborhood. A parking garage is five minutes away or try street parking on weekends. All linens and kitchen items provided. No breakfast provided. Your hosts live above the apartment and has a dog (which does not enter the apartment). PARKING at nearby public garages. This was an incredible place to stay. Our first time in Boston and this was close to the Freedom Trail, tour buses, the USS Constitution, an inexpensive ferry to downtown and many other sights.

Historic stay
We had a stay here. The host was so helpful and the apartment was just like home. I would recommend staying here. The location to Bunker Hill was a beautiful site every time you left. We loved the little bakery down the street as well.

This was a perfect location, and very walkable to most of Boston’s frequently visited sites. Cindy and Arthur were great hosts; if I’m in town again I’m staying here!

This was an absolutely enjoyable place to stay. The hosts, very nice people, thought of every little amenity we may have wanted even down to umbrellas for a rainy day. It’s a great location in a lovely neighborhood and is so easy to get around. It’s right down the street from the Bunker Hill monument. Found a wonderful bakery/coffee shop a couple of blocks away. The water ferry takes you to the wharf. Recommend the hop on and off buses too. Charming, and we highly recommend this place!

Great neighborhood with close proximity to Boston and the subway
Great apartment in beautiful old building. Everything we could need was provided. Hosts were on site if we needed anything but did not interfere with our privacy. We would love to return to Boston and stay here again!
